How to Rim

Rimming, or analingus, is when you kiss, caress or penetrate your lover's anal opening with your tongue. The anus has a plethora nerve endings and many people enjoy analingus as a regular practice. Rimming Technique:

• The best position for rimming is doggie style. This way you can have access to the entire anal area and also choose to reach around and stimulate the penis or clitoris on your partner.
• All people have some hair around their anus. Some men can be especially hairy but using your hands to pull the hair away from the anus can help.
• Slowly begin licking and kissing the slope of the crack of the buttocks.
• Work your partner into the sensation.
• Lick with a flat tongue go along from top to bottom like an ice cream.
• Press your flattened tongue over the opening, slowly teasing it in.
• With soft, moist lips gently kiss all around the anus.
• Swirl your tongue around the rim.

Rimming Tips:

Just like any oral sex, work your way into a rhythm and see what feels best for your partner. Switch it up occasionally at first and then continue the rhythm.
Work your way up to "tongue fucking" - actually inserting your firmly elongated tongue into the anus.
Some men and women can orgasm from rimming alone, some can't. Communicate with your partner.

Rimming Hygiene:

Risk:
